Article Marketing Leverages Powerful Targeted Traffic to your Site
Leverage the Power of Article Marketing
By Dina Giolitto

Now that you know the secrets to writing great articles, it's time to power up the article writing ladder of success. Web articles will definitely will help build your reputation as an expert, but it takes time and patience. Following are some ways to track your progress and get the most article bang for your buck.

Work on mass article distribution by genre. In your effort toward building an expert reputation, you should be saturating your niche market with articles. By doing this, you'll get more visibility than the article dabbler who writes one or two articles and then drops out of sight. Write a list of article topics you'd like to cover, and then outline the guts of each article one at a time. This way, you can better mentally prepare for the onslaught of articles you plan on releasing to your faithful internet audience of readers.

Hire a ghostwriter to ensure that your articles are targeted and flawless. It's worth paying a little extra for a quality presentation, and by working with a professional writer you'll be able to take the strain off yourself so that you can concentrate on other, more critical aspects of your business. Tell the writer what your long-term business goals are and how you think articles can leverage your expertise and pull in sales. She'll then go about strategizing your "Guerilla Article Marketing Campaign." Yes, it's incredibly important to strategize!

Submit to multiple article distribution sites. Although my article site of choice is Ezinearticles.com, there are millions of websites out there who are hot for fresh content and who can help you work your way into the minds of the world's consumers. Sign up for membership accounts with Goarticles.com, Ideamarketers.com, and Marketing-Seek.com. Do some research into which websites in your specialized field who might also be on the lookout for great articles. The more visibility you get, the more hits to your website. The more loyal fans of your writing, the more paying customers.

Use Google and Yahoo to gauge your steady climb. One of the biggest article marketing motivators is tracking your progress on the search engines. If you're doing it right, including keywords in your article titles and content, and offering valuable information to your readers, that means folks are picking up your stuff. A single article can potentially get picked up 100 times or more. Think of how many places your website link will be seen if you submit 100 articles! To see article-marketing in action, submit four or five articles to Ezinearticles.com and then wait a month or two. Then do a Google search on the topic of the articles you wrote, and do another search on your name. Guess what comes up? All the websites where your articles are featured. Holy hell! That is some cool stuff.

Work the article marketing circuit. Make your presence known within the article realms by actively participating in author networks. My article marketing website of choice is Ezinearticles.com because they capture this feeling of "Hey, we're one big article-writing family!" Their site is the home for tons of authors who are more than happy to swap information and share their valuable insights with you. Participate in the Blog, comment on other authors' articles; in short, get out there and get noticed! By building side relationships through your writing expertise, you're planting the seeds for future projects with other smart marketers on the web!

Okay then. Have you had just about enough Article Marketing for the day? I know I have! Stay tuned to Wordfeeder.com for more copywriting and marketing ideas to help grow your business.

Offpage Optimization: The SEO of Article Marketing
Offpage Optimization: Does Article Marketing Cut the Mustard?
By Dina Giolitto

For those who haven't heard: article marketing is the new offpage optimization strategy that works like magic and won't cost you a dime. What's the strategy? You create an arsenal of short, well-written keyword articles aimed at your target customer and include your URL at the bottom.

Submit the articles to a site like EzineArticles.com where they're indexed by category and picked up by other sites to use as content. Soon, your website URL is getting plastered all over the net, and you're working it in new circles thanks to your newfound expertise in your specialized area.

As you know, specific criteria must be met in order to boost your SE rank using offpage optimization. So the big question might be: does article marketing pack the muscle to push you up the search engines... or is it just a waste of time?

The answer is YES, it DOES pack the muscle... IF you're submitting to hugely popular article sites like EzineArticles.com. Below is a list of the key elements in helping your own page rank through offpage SEO. Does EzineArticles.com have its bases covered? Let's analyze.

Factors that Determine Your Offpage Optimization Success:

- If a site with a higher rank links to you.

Sites with higher rank "carry you along" to a better search engine position. Presently, EzineArticles ranks six out of ten for all websites and first in its article distribution category. You'll quickly learn the advantage to this when you submit a keyword-optimized article to them and then do a Google search on those keywords only to see your EzineArticles article listing come up first or second in the line.

- A large number of sites linking to yours.

Fact: thousands of content publishers pick up articles from EzineArticles.com every day. So for every article you submit, the potential for links back from that article is unlimited. Thanks to EzineArticles.com's popularity, the success of your backlinking strategy is pretty certain.

- The SE rank of the website linking to you is higher than your rank is.

EzineArticles.com has a Google page rank of 6. It stands to reason that if you're just starting out in the web marketing world, you can do your site some good and post your articles with your URL on their website, which will then link back to you and improve your search engine status.

- The page title of the site that's linking to yours is Search Engine Optimized.

Clearly, your site should be associated with other sites who are well-placed within their category. EzineArticles.com features a page title that speaks to its audience of potential users: "Ezine Article Submission - Submit Your Best Articles For Massive Exposure, Ezine Publishers Get 25 Free Article Reprints"

- The anchored links that point from their site to yours contain top keywords.

Search engine crawlers love anchored text links that are keyword-optimized, which is why websites that serve as a "content hub" rank higher than specialized sites and why lesser sites choose add their links to this site for optimal positioning and a win-win situation. EzineArticles.com has guaranteed that every page of their site will be fully indexed thanks to the anchored links that are used to list each topic, and the anchored links used as headlines (which is why it pays to turbo-boost your article headlines with keywords!)

- There are a high number of website linking to the site that's linking to yours.

Every site that picks up content from EzineArticles.com is required to display their link at the bottom of each article used. That amounts to a huge amount of outside links pointing to their site which in turn links to yours.

- The links that point to your site don't share a page with other links.

You'll want your website to be linked from a page on someone else's website that contains as few total links as possible. Why? Less of a chance for the reader to click away. On EzineArticles.com, your link appears at the bottom of your article which appears on its own page.

- There's a large number of outbound links on the website that is linking to you.

The more outbound links the site that's linking to you has, the more they could be considered a "categorical hub" on the web. And the better off you are for getting noticed on their site for its high rank and popularity. EzineArticles.com has an unlimited potential for outbound links due to their inclusion of an author's URL with every article submission.

- The website linking to you is deemed an authority.

Google's ability to deem a site as an "authority site" is what keeps the content on the web legitimate, and why sites that merely throw up a bunch of links to poorly written articles will never have the page rank that a site such as EzineArticles.com who is policing their content and making constant innovations has.

- The unique IP Addresses of the websites linking to you.

Thankfully, no site is able to "pull rank" by throwing up a bunch of links from one high-ranking site and pointing them to a second site. Search Engines read the IP addresses from where each domain originates. Right now you may be thinking, Oh, so those 100 links from articles on EzineArticles.com aren't doing anything to improve my rank anyway? Wrong.

Those links are all being picked up by other sites, who are on the hunt for quality content. If you have something good to say, any number of sites with better rank will pick up your articles and link back to you... each of course, with its own IP Address. This will boost your rank in a big way.

By now it should be crystal clear to anyone reading this why article marketing by way of a high-ranking article distribution site such as EzineArticles.com is the easiest way to "offpage optimize" your website for increased placement on the search engine hierarchy.

In fact... it almost seems like article marketing was created to serve this very purpose...

E-Zine For Power Traffic
"E-Power" The E-zine Advantage
By Heidi Richards

"Regular communication with your customers is essential to your success." - Heidi Richards -

E-zines - The alternative of choice for many companies is a great way to market your company. All you need is an e-mail account and permission from your customers/clients to send the e-zine. In fact, I have found e-zines to be so powerful that I write and produce 4 a month. And I am working on a 5th one.

They are:

Self-Marketing News www.self-marketingnews.com

PetalsNCents (a marketing newsletter for the floral industry) - www.petalsncents.com

Creating A Legacy (a newsletter for the nonprofit community) www.creatingalegacy.com

Ramblin' Rose (a newsletter for my customers) – www.EdenFlorist.com

WECommerce News (a newsletter for members of The Women’s ECommerce Association, International) – www.WECAI.org

Since the whole topic of e-zine production can be overwhelming, I will just touch on the highlights to get you started.

1. The first thing you must do is collect your customers/clients e-mail addresses. We collect them when they call, come in the shop, answer surveys, or enter our contests. We ask for it every time we have interaction with them.

2. We tell them the benefits. The e-zine is filled with product updates, trends, surveys, special offers, testimonials, discounts and my favorite CONTESTS.

3. Make it easy to read and brief. Two to three pages max.

4. One of the most important things we had to deal with was when our lists started growing (beyond 250); we were very limited in sending through our original e-mail account (AOL). They have rules and sometimes will freeze an account if you send too many at once. The format would also get botched sometimes. The lists became unmanageable when we had to remove unsubscribers and duplicates. Finding the ones who wish to unsubscribe can be challenging. We switched to another service hoping they could send our newsletters and maintain our lists. It was a good service; however, we didn't like the look of our newsletter. It had limited capabilities (no bold or italic). Since I'm the creative type, I didn't want my e-zines to look like everyone else's. We have now found a program we are very happy with. There is no monthly fee, just a one-time purchase fee. It is called Group Mail Pro - Mailing List & Group Management Software. And it only costs $79.95 (and you own it).

If you plan your ezine right, give it a great title and offer your customers and clients benefits, your ezine will be a success!

PROMOTION

Have a subscription form on your website!
Have a sign up sheet at the office.
Promote it with postcards in your monthly statements.
Tell anyone you think might be interested.
Offer a free report when they sign up. Buy the URL with the title of your e-zine so you can easily direct traffic to subscribe.

Good things happen with e-zines; increased visibility, increased business and goodwill. Happy Writing!

Viral Marketing For Traffic Power
Understanding the Power of Viral Marketing Online
By Lois S.

The story of how Hotmail moved from zero to a couple of million subscribers in a few months is one that is often told in many sites all over the net. However it is a story that many do not quite understand. If they understood it, we would be seeing many more online success stories and fewer online failures. Because the word has also been over-used by hype peddlers, many times people associate the word viral with spamming and other online activities bordering on the illegal.

Viral growth and marketing has always been with us.

They fail to realize that viral growth and marketing is not something new to the human race. In fact it has been there since the beginning of time. The human race began with two people, Adam and Eve. Today the human race has filled virtually every corner of this huge planet. Many religions of the world started with a single person but were quickly “virally marketed” to reach millions.

Even the now World Wide Web started off as a few computers, mainly used by researchers, linked together. But as they continuously enjoyed their experience and as new software and technology was made available for more people to join this small “web of linked computers” it suddenly started growing. The growth within a very short time has been explosive and it has all been viral. So let us be clear that viral marketing was not invented or created by the net, the net in fact used it to grow to what it is today.

Viral marketing will only work with something useful.

As many MLM and network marketing people have discovered, viral marketing will not work with products that people do not find useful. Some marketing experts have always turned to viral marketing in the form of MLM or network marketing to push and clear stocks of a product that has totally failed in the market. Where they think they have succeeded, they have only ruined their credibility and that of their businesses as folks have ended up with massive stocks of some useless item stored in their garage because they believed somebody who told them they would make a lot of money. This is the chief reason why Multi-level Marketing (which is pure viral marketing) has such a bad name with many people.

The internet is a natural for viral marketing.

The reason why Hotmail was so successful so quickly is because the net actually multiplies and speeds up the viral effect. In real life you may forget the name of the movie you liked so much when you are telling a friend about it, or the name of the book you read last year.

On the internet, forwarding an interesting article usually involves a few quick clicks and even if you forget the title of the book, a quick visit to your favorite search engine armed with the few keywords or just the name of the author will yield the book for you complete with the current online specially offer price for it.

If you want to succeed online you can’t avoid thinking viral.

Anybody who wants explosive growth and success in any online endeavour cannot avoid thinking “virally” in all their marketing plans. Failing to use this powerful marketing method, that has been successfully used since the beginning of time, will be a very unfortunate thing indeed.

Niche Marketing Strategies
Niche Marketing Strategy That Works!
By Tammy Ames

Niche marketing is the key to online success. Hands down, getting your name and products in front of those looking for solutions to their wants and needs is a key to your success. What is the fastest way to get your name and products directly in front of your target audience? Article writing.

Simply put, people want solutions to their problems. People want to succeed in life ~ from making homemade bread to teaching their child to read, people seek solutions to problems and reach their own goals. By offering solutions to people problems, you set yourself up as an expert within your niche.

Whether you are trying to market an ebook or build your Watkins customer base ~ writing articles and getting them in front of your niche market will make all the difference in the world when it comes to online business success. If you are new to article marketing, then make it a professional goal in 2006 to start writing articles in earnest.

Niche Marketing and Writing Articles

Whatever your home business venture is, writing articles and getting them published online will give you branding, web site traffic and credibility.

Branding with articles written expressly for your target niche is actually quite simple. Think about your dream customer. What does your ideal customer look for online? Does he want to know how to save time? Maybe, she wants to learn how to reorganize her kitchen. Could reducing debt be a priority at this time in life?

First step? Whip up a list of areas your customers might look for information online. Make a list of possible solutions your business could provide these potential customers.
Then write an informative article about how to handle this “problem” remembering all the while that your article is not a place to “sell” but rather share answers to their questions with clear steps to improving their lives with solutions you have found.

Your resource box which you place at the end of the article will give them a broader picture of who you are AND your business. Encourage readers to subscribe to your newsletter for even more great ideas to making their lives easier, better (keep in mind your niche market and what they look for online).

Give permission to reprint the article intact with your resource box and live links back to your website then submit your article to article directories like http://www.ezinearticles.com and http://www.ladypens.com where webmasters and ezine publishers look for content their niche market is looking for online too.

After you have submitted your targeted articles to article directories, take the time to also check high traffic websites that are already drawing your target market to see if they accept original articles. Over time, you will see traffic coming to your website from web sites that you haven’t even heard of yet but their target market read your article at their website THEN visited yours. That’s why the resource box is so important to your online business. I get more traffic from my articles online than search engines. Even if you have a well optimized website, search engines also love seeing your link on other high quality websites with key words that your potential customers will search for online.

With article writing, you will deepen your professional image and branding while building strong web site traffic through your links which all show you as a credible business owner that offers answers and solutions that fit their lives. Make it a priority to start writing an article each month and getting them published to see the niche marketing power that you held in your hands all along!

Niche Income Streams
Multiple Income Streams From Niche Markets
By Fred Farah

Multiple income streams; exciting words, but what does it mean in every-day English?

In the world of Niche Markets in Internet business, multiple income streams simply means having more than one source of income. This is achieved by making money from more than just one online business.

Each different web site would generally be a different business. They could relate to each other, but not necessarily. You could have businesses that have nothing to do with each other. Both methods are quite successful.

Let's examine different scenarios. How to market unrelated products? In the offline world, we are quite accustomed to seeing a little bit of just about everything sold in department stores, from razor blades to baby clothes to fashion dresses to living room furniture to washers and dryers, and so on.

Is this how it is done in the online world? Absolutely, but it is not the only method. Mega Internet stores have evolved in such a way that to compete, you must be huge, and have tons of money to finance the operation, including the cost of the ever-changing web site. The competition and horrendous costs leave no room for the little guy, so he has to find another way to do business.

Enter the newcomer, looking for a way to make a living on the Internet. Seeing he can't compete selling a large mix of hard goods and soft goods, he can decide on a "niche" product to market. A niche product simply means specializing in one key product, or just a few related products.

This concept applies to both hard goods (items that must be shipped), as well as to downloadable information products.

This opens up a whole new world of possibilities, and it means a whole different way of conducting business. Specialization is often achieved using mini-sites that sell only one product. The mini web site might have from one to five pages, but usually just a single page.

Your information product that you want to sell needs a web site, hosted by a web hosting provider that provides you
their service at a reasonable cost. Let's assume you started selling your product, and after a few months it is bringing in some income. It might amount to $1,000 up to $3,000 per year.

That's not too bad, and is worth keeping, but certainly not enough to make a living with. This is where the concept of multiple income streams comes in. During the months that your business is building, you could be looking for other ideas. You find one that excites you, and more importantly you do the research and discover a good potential for attracting customers. So you go ahead with a second web site.

You have now achieved multiple income streams! Over time you have other great ideas. Actually, you are now up to four web sites with different ideas. Two of them are related information products, and the other two are hard goods.

All four are successful. Each one separately does not make enough to live on, but the combined four bring you in respectable dollars.

But how are we controlling our costs? This is important to do, seeing we have the cost of some advertising as well as the web site costs. We found it necessary to build a customer list for each different product, and periodical emails are sent to your list. All these costs can become quite extensive, almost prohibitive.

So, what do we do? How can we maintain our buinesses, yet keep our overhead down to where it isn't cutting hugely into profits?

One critical aspect to look at is your hosting and to look for a web site hosting service that includes all or as many tools that you need in order to do some serious Internet business.

The tools aren't all you need to consider. Sure having a hosting service that gives you an autoresponder is certainly a huge help. But, we have four sites here to market and at the average rate of $24.95 a business, that's close to $100 a month, a pretty steep bill especially if you are just starting out.

Now we are looking for a host that will provide all the
tools we need to run our businesses, plus we want one that
will allow sub-domains in case we have closely related businesses. Can we get it all at one low and affordable price.

In addition to the tools we need and the overall hosting
package we need for FOUR businesses, we are all about
multiple income streams, so let's see if there is a way to
benefit (PROFIT) from the hosting company as well.

Many hosting companies now offer an affiliate program where you can earn a commission by referring a business and gaining customers. That's pretty much a given, however the KEY is to ensure that the commission is recurring and not just a one time commission. Not sure what I mean about recurring income? Check the link out below for more information on recurring income streams

This is all great but the question now "Is there really a hosting company out there that will give me all the tools, let me host multiple sites for one reasonable price AND on top of that let me build another income stream?"

The answer is yes and you can read my review of Recurring
Income Streams and how a company called "ThirdSphere" is an
excellent example. At the same time you can learn the difference between Multiple Income and Recurring Income Streams.
Read about it here:
http://www.bestaffiliateproducts.com/thirdsphere.html

Having Multiple Income Streams using Niche Marketing is mandatory in today's Internet Marketing world…that is, if you want to make any serious money. Internet Marketing today has become much too competitive, and the newcomer has very little chance of breaking in.

Niche Markets, each with their own web site and relevant content is THE best solution. Niche Marketing is the hottest topic on the Net today. Niche Marketing is featured on my web site at Best Affiliate Products, and you can learn much more about it there.

I'll see you soon, in Niche Country.

Income Streams
Where Do I Make My Money Online
By Bill McRea

I am asked all the time: Where do you make your money with internet marketing? My business is still young and growing but I’ve discovered several sources of income that work well. Most people are familiar with Adsense and Chitika eminimalls, and both advertising services are quite profitable.

My affiliate income is the most profitable part of my business, and it’s broken into two components: Information products (eBooks, lessons, Clickbank), and hard good sales. I am an affiliate for a number of companies including Amazon, Best Buys, Ace Hardware, and several more. My volume with the hard goods is considerably higher than with Clickbank, but since my commission rate is low (3% - 5%) my earning per sale are low. To be successful I’ve broken each one of these affiliate program into small product groups, and developed specialized sites to promote and sell just these groups. I have one site that sells just DVD’s and CD’s from Amazon, and another that sells hardware from ACE and so on. I like this business because it seems more legitimate to me, and I come from a hard goods background.

Information products such as those offered by Clickbank are not as easy to sell, but they can be extremely profitable due to the high commission rates. In many cases I am making a 50% to 75% commission. A few sales a day can add up to a nice little income stream.

Now take all these income streams and add them together. For me 25 sites making $15 a day adds up to a nice income. But who has the time to set up so many sites? I know people that have way more sites than I do and it is possible to create and maintain a number of sites if you do it properly. I am using Wordpress Blogs to market many products because they are easy to set up, and easier to maintain. I just post a new item everyday at each blog and I use RSS feeds and Technorati tags to let people know I’m posting new stuff. When someone comes to the blog from one of these sources I have an opportunity to redirect them to the main store. My products are held in this store, so it’s just a matter to setting up multiple storefronts on one site and directing people to the appropriate storefront from the blog for more information.

For selling information products I do the same thing, but CBMall is my storefront. CBMall makes it easy to manage over 10,000 information products.

Work smart, be diversified and maintain. A little bit every day from a multitude of sources adds up to a nice little internet business.

Generate Targeted Traffic
Web Site Traffic - 5 Inexpensive Ways to Generate it!
By Brian Hunter

It is quite obvious that even the best optimised site with the best copy written sales page will not make a dime without one very necessary addition. That 'addition' is Traffic.

Whilst there are many ways to generate traffic most of them cost money with no guarantees that a profit will be made once you have parted with your cash. However, there are also many ways to generate good targeted traffic which need not cost the earth and, in some cases, are even free. Here are five of the best ways to generate low cost traffic; they do involve some input but are well worth the effort.

1. Exchange Links

This is a proven way to generate traffic and a careful study of the top ranking sites on the search engines will show all of them with considerable numbers of links. It is to your advantage to ensure that all sites to which you link operate within a similar niche or theme as your own site. If you share a similar subject you will be more likely to get traffic as your site will be seen as a recommendation by the site they are on.

Another benefit to linking in this way is that your site will increase its chances of a higher ranking with the search engines. This, in turn, can help with eventually getting traffic from the search engines in addition to that from the linking site.

2. Writing Articles

There are many sites on the internet where you may submit articles (newsletters, directories, etc.) Many of these are free of cost so if cash is tight you can start submitting to these initially. If you want to save costs, you can write the articles yourself. There are many freelance writers who are willing to write for you for a small fee, but to save money, it is wise to do the articles yourself if you can.

You should write articles that closely match the theme of your site. Try to write about something you know well. Give tips and guidance learned from your own experiences. In this way you will come across as an 'expert' in your field and this, in turn, can encourage your readers to then visit your site. Always include a resource box at the end of your articles which should be a short bio about yourself and include the URL to your website.

3. Traffic Exchanges

This is a form of link exchange except that members of a traffic exchange view each others pages by surfing. Each time you view a page you gain a credit so the more pages you view the more credits you receive. Your own page is then shown to other members normally using one credit per show. Once you have exhausted your credits you may earn more by again surfing. You also have the option to purchase credits if you wish.

Traffic from exchanges is not generally well targeted and does not produce many sales but it can be used quite successfully to capture names for your subscriber list with the use of a 'squeeze' page.

4. Your Own Newsletter

Once you have subscribers (via the traffic exchanges or other means) will need to send out your newsletter on a regular basis either weekly, monthly etc. This may sound a little daunting in view of the fact that you will need to write many articles on a consistent basis. However, this should present no problem as there a many writers and sites that are more than willing to provide you with free articles so long as their resource box remains at the end of the article. Any promotions you make in your newsletter will inevitably bring traffic to that promoted site and as your list of subscriber grows so, too, will your traffic.

5. Forums

Online forums and communities abound in just about any subject you can imagine. Find several forums that relate to whatever site you wish to promote and, after joining, you should carefully study the topics under discussion and then submit your own offerings by way of answers to published questions or even a question of your own. Make sure that the forum allows you to append your resource box at the end of your posting as this is where your traffic will come from. It is important to know that you are not permitted to blatantly advertise on these forums and to do so will usually mean you will be barred.
So it is important that you are allowed your bio at the foot of your posting. Do not bother with any forum where your resource box is not permitted.

Each of these methods can generate a great deal of traffic and, with the exception of the traffic exchanges, the traffic will be very targeted. The method of using articles can, over time, build traffic to really large numbers. However it is important to remember that there are no free lunches in this world. If you do not pay with money then you must substitute with time. The great thing about these five methods is that you will never waste your time - they all get results, proven time after time.

Alternative Marketing Strategies
Website Marketing Strategies - Reciprocal Links
By Jacob Conrad

Although it's very old, another good website marketing strategy is building reciprocal links for your site. Let's say that you've managed to build a site where you have great content, great tools or both. All you need now is people to find out about it.

Increasing your link popularity with reciprocal links will help your site to go up in the search engines. Although this kind of links are not so powerful anymore they can still give you some results. Besides the search engine rankings you will also receive direct traffic from the site you are linked with.

The link exchange process is not a hard one but it has it's secrets and tricks. There are many factors and things to avoid that have to be taken in consideration. You have to know how to convince a webmaster to trade links with you, what sites to avoid and what sites to link with.

The first thing that you need to know is what is a reciprocal link. A reciprocal link is some kind of agreement between two webmasters. Both of them place on their site a link that points to the other one's website. This is some kind of win-win situation because both websites benefit form this linking, receiving direct traffic and increasing link popularity.

This website marketing strategy also involves a little trust. You can make links exchange with many sites but you don't have the time to frequently monitor them. So you'll just have to trust that the other webmaster will keep your link on his site. This situation could become really frustrating when you see that you still keep a link for a website but you're not receiving one back.

Don't think about this website marketing strategy as a quick scheme to get tons of traffic. I can ensure you that is not like that. There are many sites that have thousands of banners on them, but only half of them really work. Try to link your site with related and confident websites. This way you will also avoid linking to any bad neighborhoods.

In conclusion, even if the reciprocal links are an old website marketing strategy comparing to the new and powerful one way links they still can bring you some results. Just try to make your links exchanges as safe as possible.

Viral Marketing Traffic Strategies
Viral Marketing Strategies You Can Use To Create A Traffic Avalanche To Your Website
By Nadine Avocetien

In this article, I would like to share with you three methods to launch a powerful viral marketing campaign that would allow your product to propagate itself like wildfire on the internet and bring some traffic to your website.

Method 1: Give your prospects something interesting and original

This might seem obvious to you, but out of the dozens of free ebooks you have downloaded online, how many have actually delivered something of value to you? The answer is pretty obvious: not many. Most viral ebooks nowadays are just rehashed, boring or simply wrongful information. You want to differentiate yourself by offering something of tremendous value for free. Even if you are simply compiling some articles for your ebook, go the extra-mile to find some very insightful and detailed articles that can actually solve a problem for your prospects. If your product is truly useful, it will get a better chance of being passed around.

Method 2: Get an original delivery format

If you want to gain an unfair advantage over your competitors, try changing the format of your viral information and you will be shocked by the results. While everybody is currently passing ebooks around, you should experiment with creating viral audio books or videos. If you pack some valuable contents in those, Trust me: your viral campaign will go through the roof.

Method 3: Leverage your delivery system

In order for your viral product to get into as many hands as possible, you need to position yourself strategically to have it passed around. Here are four possible ways to get your product into as many hands as possible:

- Offer your viral product to product owners as a bonus package: if you have a good product, they will happily oblige and thank you for it. Do not limit yourself to online prospects; you should also look for offline product owners that your product could complement.

- Make your product rebrandable: it will provide a greater incentive for people to actually pass it around with their rebranded links inside. You can use Viral PDF to enable this function, if your product is a PDF file.

- Offer it on eBay for a nominal fee and offer resell and giveaway rights to it. Your goal is to get it in as many hands as possible.

- Look for popular ebook directories where you could offer it

Here is a bonus strategy for go-getters

I think you have noticed an increase in the amount of giveaways offered online. Participate in those one and offer your product as a gift, or better yet organize your own giveaway. This method will also allow you to build a list very fast.

Another important thing to remember is to make sure that your product is branded with your link in every possible location. Include your link in the header and footer. Mention it several times in your product and provide an incentive for people to actually click on it. You can do that by offering some special information or irresistible offer if they click on it.

In conclusion, I would like to remind you to get creative with the process. Experiment with every ideas and tools you can possibly think off. Drive Targeted Traffic To Your Site
Top 5 Systematic Ways to Drive Targeted Traffic to Your Website
By Earma Brown

Have you ever been on the see-saw of business profits? Many service business professionals experience the ebb & flow of business (commonly called the feast-famine cycle) A client recently asked, “How can I attract an even flow of business? I get so frustrated with being overwhelmed with work one week and famished the next.

I know I should market. Yet when I get busy with clients my marketing slips and I slide into the famine cycle.” To help avoid the famine cycle, create a system to attract people to your website. Take full advantage of the powerful ways to attract people to your website consistently:

1. Put valuable free content on your website. Seek to educate your audience. Help them make more money, cut costs or solve their problems. Examples include: online assessments, how to tips, short reports, resource lists, how-to tutorials, dictionary of terms in your field, etc.

2. Write articles. Every service professional should use this marketing tool. Submit to publishers in your targeted market. Make sure its one your audience reads. For example, your local Chamber of Commerce newsletter or large trade journals in your field. Do you need help getting started with your informative article in your field? Click here for easy steps to write articles.

3. Develop your newsletter. Stir interest. Use your newsletter to draw your readers back like bees to a honeycomb. Post new valuable information and offers. They will return again and again.

4. Use your advertising space wisely Point your ads to free information. Most people want to take their time with getting to know you. So instead of trying to fit a whole sales message in a few lines, use your advertising as bait to hook your audience.

5. Put website address and special offer on printed materials. Make an offer that drives people to your site. For example, put your URL and offer for free web assessment on your business card. Or put your URL and offer for your emini-course inside your brochure.

Website traffic is considered the life-blood of your online marketing. No traffic equals no sales. Put the above tips to practice and get consistent traffic to avoid the famine cycle.
